I can say from experience, there really is no limit to what you can do, and no magnitude to what you can offer to anyone. You don’t have to be born with “leadership qualities” to show your dedication towards your aspirations and strive for greatness. Truly just always do things to better your character and never to prove a point. Do it at your time. Your ideas are only restricted by your actions so when you’re ready: Nike, Just do it.
